- Are you prices competitive?
-Our motto is find the cheapest and then take off 5% that’s our price!
Please compare our prices. We will beat any written quotations. We offer a match price policy all year long.
- Do you carry stock?
We have thousand’s of beds, mattresses and furniture to match at any time. Please note that stock can fluctuate from day to day. Please call or visit us for availability of your requirements for goods in stock and ready to deliver.
- Do you deliver?
We can arrange deliveries, special deliveries and express delivery nationwide and worldwide, please call us for quotation. All our deliveries are undertaken by professional established companies. When arranging delivery please state any special requirements of specific days and ensure that the items ordered will fit into your premises. We welcome trade and export. - Do you have a policy regarding protected woods species or environmental and ecological concerns?
All wood used in our furniture is from renewable resources and managed forests.
- Do you have a showroom?
No. Our prices are very competative. Contact us to inform you where products may be seen.
- Do you offer any guarantee?
We think you will be delighted with your order. If you are not - then please return the goods unused to us in the original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt. A one year warranty applies – this does not affect your statutory rights. We will gladly exchange them or refund the cost of the goods. Products that do not give full satisfaction will be rectified or replaced. No foot dragging! No Hassle!
- Do you sell mattresses separately?
Brand name and made to measure bed and mattresses are also available. Please ask for details you can contact us on 020 7351 0511. We can supply all sizes - any width, length or shaped end. Non standard sizes are quoted for individually. Mattress prices are not included in our bed frame prices.
- Does your price include VAT?
All prices include VAT.
- What is your policy on refunds and cancellations?
Amendements to orders or cancellations cannot be accepted once the order has been placed, acknowledge and accepted.
Please ensure that the quantity ordered is correct. Increases in quantity received after the original order has been printed, will be treated as a new order.
Refunds can only be given where merchandise is faulty or the order specifications have not been met.
- What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards except American Express.
- How long will delivery take?
Most deliveries will take four to five weeks.
We also carry a large stock from which we can deliver within 48 hours.

- How do I place an order?
Please browse our website either searching via supplier or use the search by size function for beds and mattresses. Once you find the product and size that you would like it is very easy to make and order, just choose the product on the easy to use product selection tools on each product page and click on ‘add to basket’. When you are happy with the products you have ordered go to the ‘checkout’ and follow the secure payment process.
