How do I make a complaint?
- Amazing Emporium has always maintaining a high standard of quality and service in all our products. We are determined to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible so if you do encounter a problem, you can either email or telephone our Customer Service team on 020 7351 0511. Your complaint will be dealt with urgently in the best way we can.
What if my goods are damaged?
- In the unlikely event that your furniture is damaged, please inform us urgently on 020 7351 0511. We will arrange for your item to be sent back to the manufacturer or repaired by us if we are able to. In the case where items need returning, please retain its original packaging. Our Customer Service Advisers will arrange any repairs or returns so please do not hesitate to contact them should you require any further information. Please note that Amazing Emporium cannot offer payment for any returns, which the company has not authorized see our terms and conditions.

Do all products have a warranty?
- All items come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. Please note that these vary, depending on the manufacturer and the item but are usually a minimum of one year. Check screws and fixings regularly to ensure that they are firmly in place. All bases should be securely in place and fixed in line to the manufacturer's instructions.
Letting the children use your new bed as a trampoline may be fun, however, it is not good for the mattress.
